The Brahmamuhurtha is the last quarter of night -any where between 3.30 am to 5.30 am It is the time where the sun and moon in nature is in such a way that there is physiological changes happens in the human system. The body will secrete melatonin from the pineal gland, which will stabilize the human system. The body, prana and mind are in deeply aligned with the nature in this time. We want to make use of this gifted time for spiritual austerities and creativeness. Brahma denotes for creation and muhurtha the timing. Its special time for concentrating and calming the mind. It’s also better time to free from other thoughts, meditate and to receive the nature’s energy for the whole day.
